Santa Ynez River Valley Groundwater Basin Well Point Installation Project – Drilling Subcontractor Invitation to Bid under California Public Contract Code § 22000

INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND

The Santa Ynez River Valley Groundwater Basin (SYRVGB) Western Management Area Groundwater Sustainability Agency (WMA GSA) was awarded grant funding through a Sustainable Groundwater Management Act Implementation Grant (Prop 68 Grant) to address data gaps identified in the Groundwater Sustainability Plan prepared for the SYRVGB. The Santa Ynez River Water Conservation District (SYRWCD) serves as the grantee on behalf of the WMA GSA to administer the Prop 68 Grant. 

The WMA GSA is seeking proposals from a qualified C-57 licensed drilling contractor for the installation of one monitoring well. The scope of work for the project, general information, and requirements for submittal of a bid are described in detail in the bid package linked below and posted in the CSDA RFP Clearinghouse portal.
